There’s no denying the power of yoga.

Far beyond “just stretching,” yoga is a collection of physical, mental and spiritual practices that help you learn to not only calm your mind and relax your body but also to have a higher appreciation for your body – and for yourself. Yoga will challenge you in a positive way, and it will change you for the better, too.

EKV is overjoyed to be offering yoga classes in studio with our newest team members, certified yoga instructors Hilary Janemi, Erin Wellington and Aleks Windsor.

At this time we are requiring that you bring your own yoga mats, straps and blocks to each session. We have some for sale at the studio for those would like to purchase them.
