EKV offers an eight-week nutrition accountability coaching program to help you begin to see food in a different way – as fuel for your body and as an element of your life to enjoy!
Erika is a certified Level 1 Precision Nutrition coach and created EKV’s nutrition coaching program based on the principles of Precision Nutrition. This program is designed to support up to five women through an eight-week time period where each woman will work, both individually and with the group, on modifying their habits and behaviours with the goal of creating a positive mental and physical approach to their nutrition and fitness.
While this is not considered a weight loss program, this program IS something that encourages commitment, consistency, support and reflection. Come join us!
