21 DAY INTRODUCTION
Before committing to a membership at EK Vitality, we’ve implemented a 21 Day Intro program. Regardless of past commitment to the studio, every client will begin with an onboarding package (including videos and documents to go over) and a consultation. For the 21 days, you will have access to the Hybrid membership model (details below) to give you a sense of what the remote and in-studio sessions are like. The focus of this program is not only the workouts, but also the nutrition and accountability. If you choose to commit to a membership package (see options below) at the end of the 21 days, the money put towards the intro will be deducted evenly off of your membership payments. This introduction is an opportunity to experience the training, community, and accountability that EKV offers, without having to make a huge commitment right away.
Our remote membership program is perfect for those who feel most comfortable working out from home. The remote plan includes 3 LIVE Zoom group training sessions (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) and 2 LIVE Zoom yoga sessions (Monday-Saturday) per week. You will be provided access to weekly programming on the Trainerize app as well as assigned weekly coach check-ins and nutrition guidance based on your personal goals. This is a great option for anyone who wants to work on their goals fully in the comfort of their own home, while still connecting with others and getting just as effective of a workout in!
Get back in the studio with us! Similar to our pre-pandemic membership, but with a safe twist. With proper cleaning and physical distancing measures taking place, this program offers 3 in-studio group training sessions (Monday-Saturday), 1 in-studio yoga session AND either a 2nd in-studio yoga session or 1 open studio session per week. You will be provided access to weekly programming on the Trainerize app as well as assigned weekly coach check-ins and nutrition guidance based on your personal goals. Get your weekly sweat/stretch safely in-person, with fun music, peer encouragement and access to all of our equipment!
Get the best of both worlds! The hybrid membership offers a mix of remote and in-studio sessions. Each week you will have the opportunity to take any combination of 4 remote or in-studio group training sessions as well as any remote or in-studio yoga sessions and any open studio sessions. You will be provided access to weekly programming on the Trainerize app as well as an assigned weekly coach check-ins and nutrition guidance based on your personal goals. This membership option is great for those with busy schedules, as it offers more flexibility to best fit into your routine.
