Drop-in Co-Ed Training

Sometimes, committing in advance to several weeks of training can be a bit overwhelming – we get it! That’s why we offer co-ed drop-in training so you can come work out when it suits your schedule.
Sessions happen on Saturday mornings starting in April and lasting until the end of September. Come out for an early morning sweat sesh for just $5. In previous years, our Saturday groups have trained for obstacle course races like Tough Mudder – talk about building camaraderie! For 2019, we’re planning to maintain our base plan for these sessions: conditioning training that will help our clients participate in obstacle course events and have a ton of fun, too!
BUT – know that even if you have zero interest in doing something like a Tough Mudder, you’ll still get a fantastic training session from our Saturday morning drop-ins. Our sessions are fun for everyone, no matter what your current fitness level. See you there!
