Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned gym veteran, EKV’s co-ed group training sessions are for you.
Scaled to fit your fitness level and ability, we will meet you where you’re at and help you develop your cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength – and your capacity to have fun. Each session is different and will challenge you to build up to and overcome things you never thought you could! (Can anyone say box jumps?!)
